Contractions

The contractions started around 5pm every 4-5minutes. We went to triage and saw Dr.G who prescribed terb and vi.sta.ril. Ali is still contracting and has cramping. Dr. G will call us in the morning to have us go for our formal ultrasound tomorrow instead of next Wed. No vag check tonight...she didn't want to irritate things more...FHR 160's..will update when I know more.

I'm very glad that they didn't do an internal exam. When I went to the ER they said they'd have to, so I left, knowing that would bring on more contractions.

Please remember these things can turn out alright! I know many people, myself included, who have been through this too.

Hugs.

I'm so sorry. Tributaline sucks too.
Again, all 3 of my pregnancies I had contractions.
I was on bedrest with the twins and dilated to a 5 a FIVE and I couldn't GET them out. I jumped I ran (well jogged) As long as those contractions aren't causing change (and even sometimes if it does cause some change) you guys should be ok.
Left side. lots and LOTS of water. relax. when your blood pressure goes up, so does the babies. Lets not stress the little one out :)

PLEASE keep us updated.
Praying praying praying for those contractions to go away.

Were the contractions big or just little ones ?

Little ones. They were able to pick them up on the monitor. What they called uterine irritability.
